Το έργο TRACEUS προτείνει μια διαπολιτισμική, διαγενεακή προσέγγιση, για να ενθαρρύνει τους ενήλικες εκπαιδευόμενους να μοιράζονται και να αποκτούν παραδοσιακές συνταγές και πολιτισμικές γνώσεις, ενώ παράλληλα μαθαίνουν και αξιοποιούν τις νέες τεχνολογίες.
